Shipping Information
We ship all orders as soon as possible, and do our best to ship within
two business days.
Average delivery time is five to seven days, depending on the shipping
destination.
Please note that special orders, personalized items or items shipped directly from a manufacturer may require additional time.
We ship via UPS. Please provide us with a street address (UPS does not deliver to a Post Office Box) and if it is a business or residential address.
Return Policy
If any item purchased from the Alpha Dog Omega Cat website fails to
meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original
and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund or merchandise
exchange.
When ordering collars, sweaters, coats, or jackets, we encourage you to measure accurately, because we allow one complimentary exchange per order. Every subsequent exchange will incur a shipping and handling fee of $12.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for special orders, sale items, perishables, nor do we accept returns COD. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Please note on the packing receipt the reason for the return and/or the item you would like to have exchanged for it. We recommend returning merchandise via UPS or Federal Express for tracking purposes.
Important Notice: We cannot accept any merchandise returned to us after 14 days. Merchandise returned that has been used or is not in its original new condition will be refused. All toys, personalized, special orders, and perishables are final sales and cannot be returned.
Non-Deliverable, Refused and Unclaimed Orders
If any order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to
customer refusal, negligence, absence, or customer providing incorrect
shipping information, every attempt will be made to contact customer
via telephone or email if information is provided. If no response
is received, the customer will be charged shipping costs and a 25% restocking
fee. All orders requiring reshipping at customer request will be
charged additional shipping.
